What onboarding looks like

  1. Day 1

    You send your product list. We import it and you see your store with your own products in it.

  2. Days 2–3

    You review the generated descriptions and images. We set up branding, categories and layout.

  3. Day 4

    Domain connected, payment gateway configured, staff trained.

  4. Day 5

    You go live.

A week is typical. Bigger catalogues take longer, and we will tell you that before you pay, not after.

What support actually means

Two people in Jerusalem, in Arabic, on WhatsApp. Not a ticket queue in another timezone, and not a chatbot.

Before you ask

Is the setup fee negotiable?
No, and we would rather be straight about that than discover it halfway through. It pays for real work — the catalogue import alone replaces about a week of typing.
What if I want to leave?
Your store runs on your own domain and your data is yours. Ask us about export before you sign, not after — we would rather answer it up front.
Do I have to change my POS?
No. Your stock stays where it is. On Business the store reads from it.
What if nobody buys online?
A store does not create demand you do not have. It captures the demand you are already turning away after closing time. Most first orders come from customers who already knew the shop.
