CRM and business management systems
One place where the customers, the jobs and the people doing them all live.
Who it is for
Businesses running their operation across a notebook, a WhatsApp group and one person's memory — repair shops, workshops, service businesses, anyone whose work arrives as jobs.
The problem
A customer calls to ask where their device is. Finding out means asking three people. The one who knows is out today. Nobody can say what was quoted, what was replaced, or who touched it last — not because the shop is careless, but because the record was never anywhere except in a head and a paper ticket.
What you end up with
Any question about any customer or any job answerable in seconds, by whoever happens to be at the counter.
What we build
- Customer records with the full history of what they brought in and when
- A job or ticket lifecycle with stages, so nothing sits in an undefined state
- Staff assignment — who is responsible, and what each person has open
- A parts and stock list with prices and low-stock thresholds; every job records the parts it used against that same list
- Printed job labels, so the physical item on the bench matches the record
- WhatsApp update templates staff send from inside the job itself
- Departments, sections and pre-orders where the operation needs them
- Its own database per branch or shop, so one location's data is never mixed with another's
Common questions
Is this Salesforce?
No, and it is not trying to be. Salesforce is a sales pipeline for a sales team. This is an operations system for a business where the work arrives as jobs — a repair, a booking, a service call — and the customer record exists to serve that work.
Does stock come off automatically when a job uses a part?
No. A job records the parts it used against the same stock list you count from, and stock levels are adjusted deliberately. We would rather say that plainly than let you find out later — automatic decrement is a real feature and this is not it yet.
Can staff message customers from it?
Yes — WhatsApp templates are sent from inside the job, by a person, so the message and the record stay in step. Messages are staff-triggered, not automatic.
Talk about your system
Two questions and a phone number. A real person replies — usually the same day. We are two people in Jerusalem, not a queue.
